Windows Server Administrator

Provide advanced support for Windows infrastructure, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and enterprise services. Responsible for incident resolution, root cause analysis, and operational support.

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and file services.
• Handle server performance, patching, and upgrades.
• Support IIS, Remote Desktop Services, and PowerShell automation.
• Monitor infrastructure health and capacity.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
• Manage enterprise-scale Active Directory environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for critical incidents.
• Implement security hardening and compliance controls.
• Manage Windows Server upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects.
• Support Azure AD (Entra ID) and hybrid environments.
• Lead DR (Disaster Recovery) and Business Continuity planning.
• Administer and support virtualized environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V .
• Perform VM migrations using vMotion, Storage vMotion, and Live Migration .
• Troubleshoot virtualization-related issues including VM performance, storage, networking, and host failures.
• Coordinate with storage and backup teams for VM backup and recovery operations.
• Assist in virtualization infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects.
• Administer and support Windows Server workloads hosted on AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Manage EC2 instances, EBS volumes, AMIs, VPC connectivity, Security Groups, and AWS Systems Manager (SSM).
• Assist in cloud migrations, server provisioning, and workload modernization initiatives.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• BCA / MCA
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. Computer Science or IT
• Diploma in IT/Computer Science may also be considered with relevant experience.
