Front Office Agent Eliamos Hotel & Villas

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Office Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest information in the hotel management system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Front Office or Reception role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Protel, Fidelio).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
