Account Manager Liaison

NextShinning is seeking a motivated and professional Account Manager Liaison to join our Houston team.

In this role, you will serve as an important connection between clients, account management teams, and internal departments. You will help maintain strong client relationships, coordinate account-related activities, assist with communication, and ensure that client needs are addressed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of communication for assigned client accounts
• Support account managers with daily client and account coordination
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients
• Respond to client questions and help coordinate appropriate solutions
• Communicate account updates and important information to internal teams
• Assist with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and account-related activities
• Maintain accurate client records and account information
• Monitor outstanding requests and ensure timely follow-up
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience
• Collaborate with different departments to support client needs
• Assist with account presentations, reports, and internal documentation
• Help resolve account concerns while maintaining a professional approach
