What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of our luxury beauty coworking space.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and beauty professionals.
• Coach, motivate, and support front-of-house team members.
• Drive retail sales through product knowledge, merchandising, promotions, and client engagement.
• Build strong relationships with existing tenants while assisting prospective members through tours and sales conversations.
• Ensure the facility maintains premium presentation, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive environment.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, occupancy goals, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate events, community initiatives, and networking opportunities for members.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, supplies, and reception operations.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or customer service.
• Proven success in sales and achieving performance targets.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire a high-performing team.
• Experience with retail merchandising and inventory management is an asset.
• Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office, Canva
