About The Role
The Associate Director, US Oncology FP&A role provides finance leadership across the US Oncology franchise and collaborates closely with brand business partners to ensure financial objectives, planning commitments, and internal control requirements are achieved. This role supports the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis needs for key US Oncology products, Elahere and Emrelis. The role partners with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional leaders to deliver accurate financial results, sound business insights, and disciplined decision-making in support of franchise growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Provide finance leadership and partner closely with brand partners across the US Oncology franchise to support financial objectives, planning commitments, and internal control requirements for Elahere and Emrelis.
- Lead the development, refinement, and governance of FP&A forecasting models aligned to business strategy, planning timelines, and franchise priorities.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights that support decision-making and help drive performance for Elahere and Emrelis.
- Drive Plan, LBE, and LRP cycles in partnership with Commercial and Finance teams.
- Integrate actuals into forecasts and maintain accuracy of revenue and expense projections across the US Oncology portfolio.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through analysis, with emphasis on key brand performance and business impacts.
- Present forecasts, results, and key insights to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
- Partner across functions to address business challenges with data-driven recommendations.
- Perform monthly budget reviews with partners to evaluate financial performance, progress toward strategic programs, and key business variances.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario planning as needed to support business decisions.
- Help improve FP&A processes, efficiency, and communication across the franchise.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Coach and develop one direct report to support high performance and strong business partnership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering across functions and influencing without direct authority.
- Proficiency with SAP, BPC, Power BI, and Excel.
