The UOB Innovation Hub 2 Tech Protégé Programme is designed for curious problem-solvers who want to kick-start their careers in technology and make an impact from day one.

As a Tech protégé, you'll work alongside experienced technology professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain hands-on experience with the platforms and systems that power modern banking. You'll be exposed to large-scale technology environments and learn how innovative solutions are built, delivered, and supported in a fast-moving industry.

Depending on your placement, you may have opportunities to explore areas such as Core Banking, Cards, Payments, Customer Onboarding, Finance, Accounting & Reporting, and other enterprise technology platforms.

Who We're Looking For

Recent Bachelor's degree graduates, or professionals with less than two years of relevant work experience.
Background in technology, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
Interest in technology, digital innovation, and problem-solving
Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
