A Day in the Life
The Customer Contract Coordinator IV will support Cardiovascular Contracting Operations for the U.S. business by executing contract pricing activities, supporting contract administration processes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely pricing implementation. This role plays a key part in supporting pricing and contracting operations by managing pricing loads, processing Letters of Commitment (LOCs), and maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. This is a remote position based in Bogotá, Colombia supporting the U.S. region.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
- Execute pricing uploads for negotiated contracts from implementation through expiration to ensure accurate pricing is applied to customer orders
- Collaborate with Regional and National Contract Analysts to support contract and pricing operations activities
- Support contract administration activities, including LOC research, reporting, and documentation management
- Load and maintain customer pricing in the Vendavo system while ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
- Review and process Letters of Commitment (LOCs) and associated pricing requests
- Communicate with contract analysts and internal stakeholders to resolve questions and support timely completion of work
- Participate in system testing, maintenance, and process improvement initiatives as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve contract processes, reduce discrepancies, and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Knowledge and Experience
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, contract administration, pricing operations, logistics, data processing, accounts payable, or other back-office operational functions
- Fluent English (C1-C2) with strong written and verbal communication skills, as the role supports U.S. stakeholders and business activities conducted primarily in English
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools, combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with technical, contractual, or data-intensive information
