Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organised, commercially focused Pilates Studio Reception & Sales Executive to deliver excellent front-of-house service while supporting memberships, bookings, and studio sales. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing enquiries, promoting services, and supporting daily studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients, visitors, and instructors professionally.
Manage reception, enquiries, calls, emails, and social media messages.
Explain classes, memberships, packages, private sessions, and studio services.
Convert enquiries into bookings, memberships, packages, and other sales.
Meet agreed sales, conversion, retention, and service targets.
Manage bookings, cancellations, transfers, waitlists, check-ins, memberships, and accounts.
Process payments, purchases, refunds, credits, and daily reconciliations accurately.
Follow up with prospects, trial participants, inactive members, and clients.
Build client relationships and provide personalised support.
Coordinate with instructors and management on capacity, bookings, attendance, and client needs.
Support onboarding, including registration, waivers, health questionnaires, and studio guidance.
Keep reception and client areas clean, organised, and welcoming.
Handle feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when appropriate.
Support opening, closing, daily operations, and health, safety, and safeguarding compliance.
Prepare basic sales, attendance, booking, and operational reports.
Perform other reception, sales, customer service, and administrative duties.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in reception, customer service, sales, fitness, wellness, hospitality, leisure, or a similar client-facing role.
Pilates, fitness, health club, yoga, wellness, or related experience is advantageous.
Ability to deliver excellent service and achieve sales or conversion targets.
