ESH Manager

• Lead Safety, Hygiene, Environment Department in the manufacturing location.
• Manage asset Protection programs with the purpose of preventing workplace accidents, occupational diseases, reducing negative impacts on the environment
• promoting a safe environment within the facilities by promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor Degree on engineering, administration or similar; with a specialty in ESH (desirable).
• Experience in the ESH area.
• Knowledge and expertise with ISO (applicable to ESH) and OHSAS.
• Expert in regulatory matters.
• Experience managing Health department (team of doctors and nurses).
• Expert  identifying and solving ESH problems.
• Experience implementing ESH programs, such as LOTO, ESH based on behaviors and similar.
• Project management.
• Experience with NOMS applicable to ESH.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary work teams.
• English - Advanced
