  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages to company standards
  • Provide upselling/recommendations and product knowledge to enhance the guest experience
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with relevant legislation
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area
  • Support management in achieving departmental goals, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction scores
  • Valid Australian working rights with a valid NSW RSA Comp Card
  • A customer-focused style of service
  • At least 2 years' experience in the bar industry
  • Cocktail knowledge (additional training will be provided)
  • Wine knowledge and a good knowledge of working with POS systems and cash handling
  • Spirits-focused product knowledge
  • Passion for the industry and awareness of current industry trends
  • Willingness to develop through the internal training provided with the position
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment
