1. 基金募集之架構規劃及相關合約文件審閱&協商
2. 自有資金及基金投資案相關合約文件審閱&協商
3. 投後管理相關法務議題處理(including but not limited to dispute resolution, arbitration, litigation, and reorganization)

• 學歷： 碩士
• 系所：法律相關科系
• 經歷： 私募基金及投資相關 業務經驗 5 年以上
• 其他專業條件：中英文合約審理能力
• 相關證照：律師資格
• 語文能力：中、英文能力佳
• 其他特質：溝通協調能力佳
• Education – Degree / Field of Study
