About The Role

Amer Sports is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (PM Shift of 11:30am until 8pm) at our new warehouse in Cranbourne West. The role is responsible for leading PM shift operations across inbound processing, replenishment execution and outbound fulfilment activities.

Your Role

Lead PM warehouse operations and achieve service, productivity and safety targets.
Coach and develop Team Leads and warehouse teams.
Allocate labour and resources to meet operational demand.
Monitor shift performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Ensure replenishment activities are completed to support fulfilment requirements.
Maintain compliance with company policies and WHS requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience leading warehouse operations within a high-volume distribution, logistics, retail, or multi-channel fulfilment environment.
Proven experience leading operational teams and frontline leaders, with a demonstrated ability to build capability, drive accountability, and develop a high-performance culture.
Strong expertise in operational execution across inbound, replenishment, fulfilment, inventory flow, and labour management activities within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and operational reporting tools to manage service, productivity, and customer outcomes.
Demonstrated leadership style that promotes safety, engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while positively influencing culture and leading change.
