Job Description

Operating since 2006, the organization boasts a first-class portfolio that features many of the industry’s finest wine, spirits, and beer brands. Additionally, Johnson Brothers is the only statewide distributor to provide delivery to customers across the Cornhusker State.
Schedule
- Shift hours starting at 4pm until completion
- Approximately 10-12 hours per shift
- 4 Day Work Week, Monday through Thursday

Our Night Shift Clerk is responsible for all assigned warehouse administrative duties. Which includes, but not limited to batch processing, driver check in, repack, inventory control, metric tracking, slotting, point of sales and all other assigned duties.
Job Description
- Will call and direct bill processing
- Receive and process point of sale orders
- Cycle count warehouse locations for accuracy
- Review load audits for accurate times for loss prevention
- Process repacked cases for restocking
- Enter and slot new items in to warehouse for night production
- Schedule deliveries with carriers, purchasing department and independent carriers
- Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria
- Receive and sign for all deliveries
- Unload deliveries from all inbound carriers including trailers, containers, dock trucks and vans
- Process claims and returns with warehouse, purchasing, accounts payable, distributors and independent carriers
Education
- High School diploma
- Two-year associates or four-year degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse and shipping operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel Office Suite
- AS400 experience
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Must have professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
