About The Role

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

-

  • Partner with customers and sales teams to understand, verify, and document quality concerns and gather relevant information related to product performance and failure investigations.
  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving activities to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare clear, professional failure analysis reports and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide on-site customer support when required to investigate issues and support resolution activities.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and commercial teams to achieve quality objectives and enhance customer experience.
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • Technical secondary school education, vocational training, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Experience supporting quality, manufacturing, engineering, customer service, or a related technical environment.
  • Ability to investigate issues, gather information, analyze data, and support problem-solving activities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different functions and communicate with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic English reading skills to review technical documents and communicate in a global business environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

  • Experience conducting product failure analysis, root cause investigations, or quality improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, quality tools, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience preparing technical reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
