About The Role
Reports to: Retail & Licensing Manager
The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations. We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, the Staysure Legends Tour and the HotelPlanner Tour. We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail & Licensing Executive to join our Consumer team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support some of the most recognised brands and events in global golf, playing a key role in the day-to-day delivery of retail, licensing and event operations across the Ryder Cup and DP World Tour.
Working with the Retail & Licensing team, you'll help coordinate a wide range of activities, from stakeholder management and contract administration to event planning, reporting and operational support. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, organisation and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You'll provide administrative and operational support across multiple commercial workstreams, helping ensure the smooth delivery of retail and licensing activities.
Key responsibilities include
- Acting as a central point of contact for the Retail & Licensing team and supporting key stakeholders.
- Coordinating meetings, agendas and follow-up actions with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintaining stakeholder databases, communication trackers and licensing records.
- Supporting licensing agreements, contract administration and approval processes.
- Assisting with Ryder Cup and DP World Tour event delivery activities.
- Managing schedules, trackers, documentation and logistical planning for retail activations.
- Preparing reports, dashboards and performance tracking information.
- Supporting budget administration, purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Maintaining team systems, filing standards and operational documentation.
Who We’re Looking For
You'll be a highly organised coordinator who enjoys keeping projects on track and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders and suppliers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience maintaining trackers, reports and documentation.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- A genuine interest in events, retail, licensing or commercial operations.
