Essential Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

Co-lead one of the roadmap transformation project for SQDC operational excellence.
Facilitate cross functional discussion, problem solving and idea generation to enable successful project implementation.
Opportunity to learn and execute Lean manufacturing tools and make positive impact to the business.
Support in data collection and learn to apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving.
Exposure to power generation repair workshop, as well as advanced repair technologies and automations.
Part of organizing committee and participating in 5-days Shingijutsu or Lean Kaizen Action Work Out.

Qualifications/Requirements

Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering
Competent with MS Office applications
Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes
Possess good communication skills
