Job Description

Complete daily administrative tasks according to SOP:

Responsible for document receipt and dispatch, filing, data organization and maintenance, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.
Assist with internal departmental administrative operations, such as meeting room reservations, office supplies requests, and management.

Assist supervisors with business travel and meeting arrangements:

Book transportation and accommodation, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate meeting times and locations.
Support communication between supervisors and external partners or clients.

Document processing and review:

Assist supervisors in reviewing, proofreading, and organizing various documents to ensure accuracy.
Help compile and format internal departmental reports and presentation materials.

Visitor reception and process management:

According to company visitor procedures, responsible for guest reception, registration, and guidance, maintaining the company's professional image.
Assist in arranging visitor tour routes or meeting venues.

Execution of tasks assigned by supervisors:

Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors and provide timely progress updates.
Assist with simple cross-departmental communication and exchange of necessary information.
