What you'll contribute to
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across Toyota Fleet Management. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the delivery of initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
You'll bring a continuous improvement mindset and use business analysis techniques to understand challenges, uncover root causes, and develop practical solutions that support strategic objectives.
How you'll make an impact
- Review, analyse and map current business processes to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across the Fleet department.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business challenges, identify root causes and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
- Lead and support end-to-end process improvement initiatives, driving the design, implementation and continuous enhancement of operational processes.
- Develop and maintain process governance frameworks, controls, KPIs and performance measures to improve consistency, compliance and business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across Sales, Distribution, Operations and other business functions to foster collaboration and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated experience in business process improvement, business analysis, project coordination or continuous improvement roles within a complex business environment.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, process optimisation, governance frameworks and driving operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement practical solutions.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation and organisational skills, with the ability to lead workshops, manage competing priorities and deliver results in a large, fast-paced organisation.
