About The Role

Job Title

Senior Specialist - Power Platform Developer

Job Description

The Role

Entegris is currently seeking a Senior Specialist / Solution Architect — Low Code, Pro Code & AI to join our IT Strategy & Delivery — IT Platform Development team. This role will be based in Pune, India (Hybrid).

In this role, you will serve as the technical anchor for the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), owning end-to-end design, build, governance, and enablement of scalable business solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. You will guide platform decisions, mentor developers, and partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into governed, production-ready solutions that span Low Code (Power Platform), Pro Code (Azure / .NET / API), and AI / Agentic technologies (Copilot Studio / Azure OpenAI).

In this role you will

Low Code (Power Platform)

  • Architect and deliver enterprise-grade Power Apps (Canvas + Model-Driven) aligned to UX standards and business requirements.
  • Design complex Power Automate flows including multi-stage approvals, exception handling, and cross-system integrations.
  • Configure and extend Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles, business rules) as the enterprise data backbone.
  • Lead ALM practices — environment strategy, solution packaging, connection references, deployment pipelines (DEV → QA → PROD).
  • Define and enforce DLP policies, governance frameworks, and CoE standards across all environments.

Pro Code (Azure / API / Backend)

  • Design and build custom connectors, REST APIs, and Azure-hosted backend services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) to extend Power Platform capabilities.
  • Lead SAP, ServiceNow, BigQuery, and third-party integrations using secure API patterns and governed connector strategies.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for automated deployment, code quality, and security scanning.
  • Write clean, maintainable code in C# / .NET / Python for integration layers, custom APIs, and agent actions.
  • Apply security-by-design: authentication, least privilege, environment isolation, and compliance controls.

AI / Agentic Solutions (Copilot Studio / Azure OpenAI)

  • Architect and deploy Copilot Studio agents — including knowledge grounding, topic design, agent actions, and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Design agentic workflows integrating Power Automate, Dataverse, and enterprise APIs with human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Apply Responsible AI principles: output validation, fallback handling, privacy protection, bias mitigation, and full audit traceability.
  • Support the Agent Registry and governance model — intake → QA → PROD promotion process including security checklists and CMDB registration.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging AI tooling (Azure OpenAI, Autogen, AI Builder, Firebase Studio) for enterprise applicability.

Architecture & Enablement

  • Serve as the technical design authority for the platform team — leading architecture reviews, design spikes, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal enablement content (runbooks, design patterns, training materials).
  • Collaborate with BAs, POs, and business stakeholders in Agile ceremonies to translate requirements into delivery.
  • Contribute to leadership-ready presentations and governance artefacts for review.

What We Seek

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • 3+ years of Pro Code experience: C# / .NET, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Copilot Studio or AI-powered agents in production.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise ALM, environment strategy, and DLP / governance frameworks.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, or BigQuery integrations (or equivalent enterprise systems).

Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Microsoft certifications: PL-600, PL-400, AI-102, AZ-204, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, or LangChain for multi-modal or multi-agent patterns.
  • Familiarity with OWASP security standards applied to AI / agent workloads.
  • Experience working in a regulated or manufacturing industry (semiconductor, materials science, pharma).
  • Prior experience building or operating a Power Platform CoE.
