Retail Associate – CrossFit Store at 2026 Wodapalooza Socal - Huntington Beach

CrossFit is bringing its merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic retail experience at the 2026 CrossFit Games. We are looking for motivated, fitness-savvy Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent the CrossFit brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Event Details

Event Dates (Retail Activation): September 24th - September 27th
Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts daily, scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $200 daily rate
Location: Huntington Beach Pier -405 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92648
Availability Requirement:Must be fully available from September 24th - September 27th

Responsibilities

Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride
Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals, and needs
Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits
Support event setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
Serve as a positive and energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community

What We’re Looking For

Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Additional Information

Official CrossFit apparel will be provided for use during scheduled shifts (no footwear)
Lunch will be provided during scheduled shifts
CrossFit will not provide travel or hotel accommodations
