About The Role

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced Lead – SAP professional to head the S/4HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end ownership of Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules, delivering both greenfield and brownfield projects, guiding junior consultants, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

Lead design, configuration, and deployment of MM and PP processes in S/4HANA projects.
Manage greenfield and brownfield implementation lifecycles from blueprint to go‑live.
Mentor and coach a team of functional consultants and analysts.
Collaborate with technical, integration, and business stakeholders to define solution scope.
Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and fit‑gap assessments.
Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and support user acceptance testing.
Ensure compliance with Bristlecone delivery standards and best practices.
Identify and mitigate project risks related to MM/PP functional areas.
Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the delivery team.
Provide post‑go‑live support and hypercare for MM and PP modules.
10+ years of SAP experience with a minimum of 5 years in S/4HANA MM and PP.
Proven track record of leading greenfield and brownfield implementations.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end procurement, inventory, and production processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading cross‑functional teams.
SAP certification in MM and/or PP (preferred).
Hands‑on experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering value.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
