- Run total stations, GPS/GNSS , and data collectors independently
- Interpret plans, models, and coordinate data without hand-holding
- Direct rodmen and coordinate with superintendents and foremen
- Perform and verify layout for utilities, grading, structures, and concrete

- Catch errors early and solve problems in the field, before they hit production
What We Expect
- 5+ years of survey/layout experience in heavy civil construction
- Proven ability to run a crew and manage field layout independently
- Strong understanding of plans, elevations, and coordinate systems

What Makes You Dangerous (In a Good Way)
- Experience with DOT, rail, or large utility projects
- Strong with Trimble, Leica, or similar systems
- Ability to troubleshoot layout conflicts between plans and field conditions
- Basic Civil 3D or data prep knowledge
What You Get

- A company that actually understands the value of survey (rare, I know)
- Growth path into Survey Manager / Field Operations leadership
Bottom Line
- We’re not looking for someone to “shoot points.”
