Experience Lead Designer

My client is a VC Funded digital health science company with a global footprint that is at the intersection of healthtech, insurtech and fintech. Below are the primary responsibilities for the role.

Role: Experience Design Lead (Asia)

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Strong graphic design skills, including experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Understand and build user journeys for a variety of users.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and experience conducting user research
• Experience designing for a variety of digital platforms, such as websites, mobile apps, and software.
• Passion for information design and infographics.
• Ability to research, package and present web and mobile design best practices and trends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to work with developers to implement designs
• Bonus: Experience with storytelling and storyboarding for product videos.
• Bonus: Experience with prototyping and animation tools such as Principle, Adobe XD and After Effects
• Bonus: Experience with accessibility and inclusive design principles.

Skills/Qualifications

• Five years of experience in an equivalent role.
• High level fluency in written and verbal English. Additional languages are a bonus, not a requirement.
• High level competency in design software - especially Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or equivalent platforms.
