The role

As a Host at Epicurean, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

You will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure the smooth flow of the restaurant while delivering professional and attentive service.

Working closely with the wider front-of-house team, you will help create memorable experiences for every guest from arrival to departure in one of Crown Perth's most vibrant dining destinations. We are seeking passionate, polished and guest-focused Hosts to join our team in a part-time position offering 20 - 48 hours per fortnight .

In this role, you will

  • Welcome and seat guests, creating a warm and professional first impression
  • Manage reservations, seating plans and special guest requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service while supporting the front-of-house team
  • Assist with restaurant preparation, presentation standards and operational requirements
  • Process guest payments accurately and support seamless service delivery

About You

You are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a premium customer-focused environment. You take pride in delivering genuine service, remain calm under pressure and enjoy building positive relationships with both guests and colleagues

You'll bring

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience, ideally within a premium dining, hotel or luxury environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • A professional presentation and genuine passion for guest service
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement
