Job SummaryLiberty Behavioral Consulting is a BCBA-owned, in-home ABA company serving the East side of San Antonio. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This would be a part-time (less then 20 billable per week) or whatever minimum/ maximum you want with ability to grow if desired. Opportunity to grow into or start as a W-2 position as <well.In> this role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Desire to learn RFT/ACT/PEAKSkillsExtensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.Strong data collection skills to track behavioral progress accurately over time.Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop effective treatment strategies.Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals.Demonstrated patience, empathy, and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive manner.
