The Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – IT Recruiting will lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized and business-critical IT roles across Mexico, partnering closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and global stakeholders.

This role will serve as a trusted talent advisor, developing effective sourcing strategies, building strong technical talent pipelines, and delivering high-quality hiring solutions across areas such as SAP, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software, data, and IT operations.

These individuals will support IT recruiting for Dematic/KION in Mexico. We are looking for talent advisors who can drive positive change for the business with the ability to problem solve to achieve goals, provide customer support, and work with cross-functional teams.

Hybrid role located in Guadalupe.

Tasks and Qualifications

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Lead the full life-cycle recruitment process for professional and senior-level IT positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and establish effective recruitment strategies.
  • Recruit for specialized IT areas, including SAP, ERP, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, data, DevOps, and enterprise applications.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, networking, and market research.
  • Proactively identify, engage, assess, and attract qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide market insights regarding talent availability, compensation expectations, skill requirements, and competitive hiring trends.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align recruiting priorities and deliver results.
  • Use Workday or other ATS platforms to maintain accurate recruitment data, documentation, and process compliance.
  • Track recruiting metrics, identify risks, and provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, talent communities, and recruiting projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruiting, or IT Recruiting.
  • Broad experience recruiting for specialized and senior-level IT positions in complex or global organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of IT talent markets, including SAP, ERP, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, data, DevOps, and IT operations.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.
  • Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, networking, and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Experience using Workday or other ATS platforms; Workday experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, pipeline management, market intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
