Job Summary
Directs enterprise technology operations for a department within Technology & Innovation (T&I). Establishes department strategy, portfolio governance, and financial planning aligned with company and Integrated Work Group (IWG) priorities. Leads managers and teams to deliver enterprise technology initiatives that meet performance, security, and compliance standards. Drives collaboration across T&I and business stakeholders to enhance delivery models and operational maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Directs department technology strategy and roadmap development aligned with T&I and company priorities.
- Oversees department portfolio governance, prioritization, and project execution standards.
- Manages department-level budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support enterprise initiatives.
- Establishes vendor governance, contract oversight, and renewal planning in alignment with authorized signatory requirements.
- Leads talent strategy, performance management, coaching, and compensation activities for managers and teams.
- Collaborates with T&I leaders to identify interdependencies, resource gaps, and shared delivery opportunities.
- Ensures adherence to T&I best practices, data governance standards, and security requirements across the department.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
- 12-14 years of experience in enterprise technology required.
- Experience leading managers and overseeing cross-functional technology portfolios required.
Certifications and Licenses
Industry-recognized technology or leadership certification preferred.
