About The Role

Job Responsibilities

1.Service Level and shipment commitments

Ensure that customer receives their orders on time and shipment commitment targets are met • Expedite relevant functional groups immediately when there are any potential order delays • Communicate effectively with Singapore factory on customer’s delivery date pull in requests • Participate in order backlog review meetings to provide feedback on risks to meet the period’s POR commitments

2.Customer Commitment

Provides fast order acknowledgement to customers with realistic delivery dates and accurate prices and respond immediately to customer’s enquiries • Proactively and promptly update the customer of any delays in deliveries whether a revised delivery date is available or not • Ensure that the dates own by order management team are updated and reflective of current order status • Ensure that customer receive a revised order acknowledgement immediately once new factory completion dates or new customer requested delivery dates are received

3.Order Management

Ensures that order details (dates, details) in Oracle System matches customer’s requirements as indicated in customer documents • Ensure that order holds are updated and reflective of how the order needs to be managed • Ensure that orders are in ready condition and in correct status before each order status (eg. Supply Eligible, Production Open Un-Released, Awaiting Shipping) • Ensure Late Cause Code/Change Cause Code are updated in DII(Digital Info. Integration) correctly and timely • Ensure order can be proceeded within specific turnaround time and can met KPI/KRA target. • Acquire proforma invoice, packing instructions and shipping release from customers to release orders for shipment • Coordinate change order requests

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, sales operations, or related business functions.
  • Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
