As an Agility Lead in Consumer & Commercial Banking Digital, you will be embedded within product teams, responsible for ensuring they operate effectively and deliver measurable outcomes. You will own delivery metrics, identify and remove impediments, and continuously improve how work gets done. You will leverage data analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled tools to increase transparency, accelerate decision-making, and drive teams toward their goals. You will partner with product and technology stakeholders to build practices that are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Job responsibilities

  • Own and drive team delivery against expected metrics targets, proactively identifying risks, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and coach product teams on agile methodologies, promoting open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide transparency into team performance, delivery health, and progress toward targets.
  • Leverage AI tools, automations, and emerging technologies to improve team workflows, accelerate delivery, and gain operational efficiencies.
  • Work hands-on with teams to prototype, test, and implement new practices, tools, and operating model improvements that drive measurable results.
  • Translate complex data and technical concepts into actionable insights and practical guidance for product, engineering, and business partners.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape delivery strategy, communicate progress, and influence decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.
  • Facilitate team ceremonies, executive-level discussions, and cross-functional collaboration to foster ahigh-performing delivery culture.
  • Establish feedback loops that measure delivery effectiveness, adoption of new practices, and business impact, using both qualitative and quantitative signals.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to executive audiences, supporting Product and Technology strategy.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience across agile delivery, product delivery, transformation, or digital operating model change in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing team delivery to performance targets, with the ability to identify gaps, drive corrective action, and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Strong technical acumen, including the ability to work credibly with engineers, understand modern software delivery practices, and apply tools effectively in team settings.
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, including strategy, discovery, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, analytics, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
  • Hands-on experience building reports, dashboards, or automated solutions that improve team transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills, with the ability to influence leaders, practitioners, and stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and facilitate in a way that builds team capability through direct partnership and observable practice.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Background in software engineering, product engineering, data analytics, or another technical discipline that supports hands-on credibility with delivery teams.
  • Experience using generative AI, copilots, agentic workflows, or automation tooling to improve team outcomes and workflow quality.
  • Working knowledge of prompt design, workflow orchestration, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience operating in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments where change must align with risk, control, compliance, and operational readiness requirements.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, automated reporting pipelines, and dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks.
  • Certifications or training in product management, agile or lean methodologies, AI, automation technologies, or change management.
