About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business to develop a complete understanding of workforce needs, hiring objectives, and data center staffing priorities.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition projects, including project plans, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop, coordinate, and attend hiring events across the market, including career fairs, open houses, community partnerships, and targeted recruiting events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including staffing, candidate registration, scheduling, promotional materials, vendors, and post-event candidate follow-up.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to identify hiring challenges and recommend process improvements, policies, and approaches that improve productivity and business results.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and employment-related information within HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Properly manage and maintain employment records and support the timely processing of employee and candidate information.
  • Create and provide reports on recruiting activity, hiring progress, event outcomes, candidate pipelines, and other HR or TA metrics.
  • Assist in the development of collateral materials and communications for recruiting and HR initiatives.
  • Partner with the HR team on special projects and support employee-relations or investigation-related coordination, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR, or a related field.
  • Required: Previous Talent Acquisition experience supporting data center hiring, with an understanding of the roles, workforce needs, and pace of the data center environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently within defined policies and procedures while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or strengthen a collaborative work environment and understand people-related issues affecting the business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating high-volume recruiting, hiring events, or workforce planning initiatives.
  • Experience supporting technical, skilled-trades, construction, operations, facilities, or critical-environment hiring.
  • Familiarity with data center operations and workforce planning needs.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $28.41 to $56.83 per hour; from: $59,100 to $118,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
