What we offer
As part of URW’s Data team and reporting to the Consumer Insights Manager, the Consumer Insights Analyst plays a key role in helping URW become a more consumer-centric organisation. By combining consumer understanding, data and business strategy, the role transforms complex datasets into actionable insights that influence decision-making, support commercial growth and enhance the consumer experience across Europe and the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Support commercial decision-making through consumer segmentation, catchment analysis and data-backed business cases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams: business, Data Science, IT and external providers to deliver insight-driven projects while acting as a key point of contact for regional teams and external research partners.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on consumer behaviour using various sources.
- Prepare strategic presentations for Executive Management on key topics such as spending behaviour, consumer trends and shopper personas.
- Oversee consumer surveys across the portfolio, including NPS and competitive benchmarking initiatives.
- Support the development and deployment of the Consumer & Content Strategy (CCS) across all our assets.
- Maintain and monitor key business indicators and dashboards, ensuring consistency of insights across the Group.
Profile
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
- 0-3 years' experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, or Market/Consumer Research.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect consumer data and business performance.
- Strong data storytelling capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, eager to understand what drives consumer behaviour.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL and/or Python is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English is required .

📍 Localisation
Position based at 7 Place du Chancelier Adenauer, Paris 16th arrondissement, near Porte Dauphine or Victor Hugo.
Possible travel to Group countries or Westfield shopping centres if required .
