About The Role

  • The KOL and Affiliate Specialist is responsible for identifying, managing, and maintaining relationships with KOLs
  • and affiliate partners to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales. This role involves executing influencer
  • marketing and affiliate campaigns, optimizing content for TikTok, and leveraging data insights to drive performance.
  • The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize marketing
  • impact.

Job Responsibilities

KOLs

Identifying and Managing KOL Relationships

  • Research and stay updated on trends to identify KOLs that align with the brand’s target audience and image (Beauty & FMCG).Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Act as the main point of contact, managing communication and coordination throughout campaigns.

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns with KOLs to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Prepare detailed campaign briefs to KOLs.
  • Review and analyze KOL content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines before client approval.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure smooth execution within the planned timeline.
  • Generate new ideas and contribute to strategic projects as assigned.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively for KOL campaigns.
  • Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment with ROI objectives.

Reporting & Insights

  • Compile reports and provide insights to optimize future KOL collaborations and campaign strategies.

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate Marketing Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales on TikTok.
  • Identify and recruit TikTok influencers and content creators to join the affiliate program.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and incentives to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with affiliates to create and optimize TikTok content that aligns with brand messaging.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or KOL Management.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, KOL engagement, and social media trends.
  • Creative mindset to develop engaging and compelling video content.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
