Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls using excellent phone etiquette.
• Manage the front desk, ensuring all visitors sign in and follow community procedures.
• Provide information about our community, services, and amenities.
• Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and their families.
• Notify residents and department leaders when guests arrive.
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations

Shift

• Part time including mandatory weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist, concierge, front desk, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A positive, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Hospitality, hotel, resort, senior living, or healthcare experience is a plus.
