Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with AU market trends
- Build structured monthly content calendars
- Plan campaign rollouts aligned with business objectives
- Identify local audience targeting opportunities
Content Creation
- Create engaging, conversion-focused content
- Write compelling captions tailored to AU audiences
- Oversee graphics and short-form video production
- Maintain consistent brand voice
Platform Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (if applicable)
- Ensure consistency across all channels
Paid Advertising
- Manage Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Build conversion-focused funnels
- Optimise cost per lead (CPL)
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign refinements
Analytics & Reporting
- Track engagement, reach, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI
- Provide monthly reporting with actionable insights
- Optimise campaigns based on performance data
Community Engagement
- Manage comments and inbox professionally
- Monitor brand reputation
- Engage with local audiences and relevant communities
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years Australian social media management experience
- Strong understanding of Australian consumer behaviour
- Experience using Meta Business Suite
- Hands-on paid ads management experience
- Canva or Adobe Suite proficiency
- Strong copywriting skills
- Data-driven mindset
