This role requires a strong understanding of the Australian market, audience behaviour, platform trends, and advertising standards. The successful candidate will drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through structured content strategy and paid social campaigns.

Mandatory Requirement

Minimum 2 years experience managing Australian-based social media accounts (ESSENTIAL)

You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies tailored to the Australian market, managing both organic and paid campaigns, and delivering measurable performance outcomes.

This is a performance-driven role focused on engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with AU market trends
  • Build structured monthly content calendars
  • Plan campaign rollouts aligned with business objectives
  • Identify local audience targeting opportunities

Content Creation

  • Create engaging, conversion-focused content
  • Write compelling captions tailored to AU audiences
  • Oversee graphics and short-form video production
  • Maintain consistent brand voice

Platform Management

  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (if applicable)
  • Ensure consistency across all channels

Paid Advertising

  • Manage Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Build conversion-focused funnels
  • Optimise cost per lead (CPL)
  • Conduct A/B testing and campaign refinements

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track engagement, reach, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI
  • Provide monthly reporting with actionable insights
  • Optimise campaigns based on performance data

Community Engagement

  • Manage comments and inbox professionally
  • Monitor brand reputation
  • Engage with local audiences and relevant communities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years Australian social media management experience
  • Strong understanding of Australian consumer behaviour
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite
  • Hands-on paid ads management experience
  • Canva or Adobe Suite proficiency
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Data-driven mindset
