About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong sales and lead generation experience in the Australian real estate sector.
- The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into clients through a structured sales process.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with Australian real estate agents, property investors, developers, or property management businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within the Australian real estate market
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers
Build relationships with
- Real estate agencies
- Property investors
Developers
- Property managers
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up leads and nurture prospects
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
Core Skills Required
- Strong B2B sales and lead generation experience
- Experience working with Australian real estate businesses
- Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar)
- Appointment setting and closing ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years experience in real estate sales, BDM, or lead generation
- Experience selling services to real estate agencies or property professionals
- Proven track record of generating and converting leads
- Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market
