About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong sales and lead generation experience in the Australian real estate sector.
  • The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into clients through a structured sales process.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with Australian real estate agents, property investors, developers, or property management businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities within the Australian real estate market
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers

Build relationships with

  • Real estate agencies
  • Property investors

Developers

  • Property managers
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to conversion
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Follow up leads and nurture prospects
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets

Core Skills Required

  • Strong B2B sales and lead generation experience
  • Experience working with Australian real estate businesses
  • Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar)
  • Appointment setting and closing ability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years experience in real estate sales, BDM, or lead generation
  • Experience selling services to real estate agencies or property professionals
  • Proven track record of generating and converting leads
  • Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market
