About the Role

  • OutsourcedIn is hiring a highly strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to support a fast-growing AI Certification Body (Not-for-Profit).
  • This is a blank canvas role where you will build, execute, and optimise the entire digital marketing function—from strategy through to execution.
  • This is not just social media management. You will own the full customer journey, from awareness to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy
  • Map full-funnel journeys: Awareness Consideration Conversion Retention
  • Identify growth opportunities across all digital channels

Funnel & Systems

  • Build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels
  • Develop email nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing flows
  • Implement CRM and automation systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo)

Paid Advertising

  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Manage budgets, creative testing, and performance tracking (ROAS, CPA, CPL)

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build and manage campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows
  • Segment audiences and improve engagement across the customer lifecycle

Social Media & Content

  • Oversee content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok (if relevant)
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-performing short-form and educational content

SEO & Analytics

  • Own SEO roadmap including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content planning
  • Track and report on traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Continuously optimise campaigns and funnels based on performance data

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end digital marketing
  • Proven track record in building funnels, running paid ads, and scaling campaigns
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRO, and performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM/automation tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
