About The Role

The Finance function ensures business decisions are grounded in sound financial analysis, and provides the insight management needs to prioritize resources where they create the most value. As a Finance Analyst, you'll play an active role in preparing and analyzing financial information that supports decision-making across the plant.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who have recently completed their studies and bring 2-3 years of relevant Finance experience. We're looking for a proficient English speaker with an entrepreneurial mindset, who brings passion and energy to their work.

Your responsibilities will include

Cost & Performance Tracking

  • Track performance against manufacturing KPIs, including product cost and fixed cost spend
  • Monitor variable costs (raw materials, packaging, direct labor, energy, etc.), prepare month-end actuals, and analyze against budget
  • Monitor inventory levels (raw materials, packaging, semi-finished goods), process adjustments as needed, and provide monthly analysis to Plant Management per MU policies

Budgeting & Planning

  • Support the plant's budget process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Actively support the yearly planning process — analysis, deck preparation, and coordination with local and global teams within strict timelines
  • Support CAPEX tracking, control, and timely execution

Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop and deliver financial planning & analysis, including the Manufacturing P&L, Operations Budget, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests with speed and accuracy

Collaboration

  • Work effectively with local and international teams to ensure strong planning and cost-tracking processes

Desired Skills and Experience. We are looking for someone with

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of relevant finance experience; prior experience in an international organization is a plus, though not required
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Result-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort using digital tools and AI-driven applications to improve efficiency
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
