OutsourcedIn is partnering with a growing e-commerce business to hire an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to support Shopify store operations, digital campaign execution, and performance reporting.
This role suits a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is confident managing Shopify backend operations while executing paid and organic marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has strong experience across Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM automation, and analytics, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
About the Role
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate product catalogues, execute digital marketing campaigns, optimise customer journeys, and provide performance insights that support business growth.
This is a hands-on role covering both e-commerce operations and digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
- Manage and maintain Shopify product listings, inventory levels, pricing, variants, and collections
- Ensure catalogue accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns
- Troubleshoot backend, feed, and inventory-related issues
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and manage email marketing campaigns
Execute and optimise paid campaigns across
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)
Support creative development, messaging, and promotional campaigns
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Build and optimise workflows, funnels, and nurture sequences within CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Segment audiences for targeted and automated communication
SEO & Organic Performance
- Implement on-page SEO best practices and keyword optimisation
- Monitor organic performance and recommend content improvements
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Monitor KPIs across paid, organic, and owned channels
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven Shopify e-commerce operations experience
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console
- Experience with Google Shopping and product feed management
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel highly regarded)
- Email marketing campaign experience including segmentation and reporting
- SEO knowledge including on-page optimisation and performance monitoring
- Strong reporting, organisation, and communication skills
Highly Regarded
- Experience using Google Data Studio or similar reporting dashboards
- Previous remote experience supporting international e-commerce businesses
- Strong understanding of conversion optimisation and customer journey mapping
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
