What You Can Expect

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collation & Reporting

• Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources
• Prepare structured MIS reports and dashboards for management review
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of data

1. Analytics & Insights

• Perform basic to intermediate data analysis to identify trends and patterns
• Support busines s decision-making through actionable insights
• Work on ad-hoc analytical requests from leadership

1. RFQ / Coordination Support

• Assist in RFQ (Request for Quotation) preparation and coordination
• Track RFQ timelines, vendor responses, and status updates
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders for timely submissions

1. Presentation & Documentation

• Create professional presentations (PPTs) for busines s reviews
• Summarize data and insights into concise management-level decks
• Maintain documentation of reports, trackers, and processes

1. Operational Follow-ups

• Track action items and follow up with stakeholders for closure
• Support managers in ensuring execution discipline across teams
• Maintain trackers for ongoing projects and deliverables

What You Bring

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Technical / Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (advanced functions, pivot tables, basic automation)
• Understanding of data visualization and reporting
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly

1. Soft Skills

• Strong communication (written & verbal)
• Attention to detail and high ownership mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Tools / Software Knowledge

• Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
