As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
In this vital position, you will have ownership of full lifecycle recruiting which includes: sourcing passive candidates, screening active candidates, advising and coaching hiring managers, coordinating interviews for success and offer negotiation. You will also act as a consultant and business partner for all recruiting-related activities, working collaboratively with all levels within the organization. In addition to mastering recruiting best practices, you will also champion a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.

- Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions including sourcing, resume review, interviewing and offer negotiation
- Serve as a talent partner for assigned requisitions, collaborating with all levels within the organization
- Serve as an advisor to hiring managers - coaching them on recruiting processes and best practices, guiding decisions, and solving complex problems while aligning managers to our process and policies
- Develop and implement creative approaches to uncover new or specific sources of talent, utilizing advanced recruitment sourcing techniques
- Provide candidates with a best-in-class positive candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and internal policies, using best judgement in ambiguous situations and escalating to leadership when needed
- Participate in team projects and initiatives as assigned
- Meet or exceed performance metrics
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' professional recruiting experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and operate with agility in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure results
- Metrics and results driven; able to adhere to processes and guide managers on hiring practices
- Proven success influencing teams and stakeholders to achieve a goal while following LogicMonitor hiring practices
- Excellent time/priority management skills; Ability to adjust to multiple demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
- Sound judgement and decision making skills; Strong problem-solving ability in order to identify and solve issues when they arise, proposing options or a solution while understanding all stakeholders involved and downstream effects
- Proven ability to function with independence: able to independently research and investigate answers to problems using available resources, utilizing documentation to guide on process complexities
- Critical thinking skills - ability to deep dive into details and solving problems while understanding the bigger picture and alignment to business objectives
