The Opportunity

As a Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Senior Associate - Pharma/Market Access, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your skills to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Developing customer-centric solutions by leveraging analytical thinking and market trends insights
  • Managing promotional pricing initiatives to drive profitable growth and revenue maximization
  • Utilizing pricing strategy expertise to support business transformation and improve profitability
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand diverse perspectives and inform strategic recommendations
  • Monitoring sales and conducting price verification to validate alignment with client objectives
  • Implementing resource management techniques to maximize efficiency and support project budgeting
  • Navigating complex situations with intellectual curiosity and learning agility to foster personal growth
  • Upholding professional standards and reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
