As our Director of International Sales (m/f/d) , you will drive Shopware’s enterprise growth across France, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands , leading and developing a high-performing international sales team. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in complex enterprise opportunities, building strong customer relationships and accelerating our growth across key European markets.

We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise software sales , strong leadership and coaching capabilities, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce, SaaS, or customer experience ecosystem . You know how to turn market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth while empowering your team to perform at its best.
