About The Role
We currently have a career opportunity for a Supervisory Base Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Sept-Iles, QC .
The Supervisory AME will be reporting to the Chief Engineer and their duties include
- Perform Aircraft maintenance.
- Coordinate and manage all aircraft and base maintenance activities in conjunction with the Base Manager to ensure that maintenance is accomplished efficiently.
- Develop work schedules for maintenance personnel when needed to support aircraft flying operations as effectively as possible.
- Ensure that maintenance activities at the base is performed in accordance with the duties and responsibilities outlined in the Company’s Maintenance Control and Policy Manual.
- Ensure the base maintenance facilities are maintained cleaned and organized.
- Must hold a valid Transport Canada M1 or M2 AME Licence.
- Must have held ACA for at least 2 years on the Airbus AS350B2 and/or B3 and AS355N.
- ACA on other aircraft types operated by the company is an asset.
- Must hold the authorization to work in Canada. (This position is not available for sponsorship).
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and leadership skills.
- Organized and self-starter.
- Be customer focused and a team player.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Must live in or around the Sept-Iles area or be willing to relocate to the area (relocation assistance may be provided).
- Location:  Sept-Iles, QC  
- Status:  Permanent, full-time
