Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Principal Accountabilities

Drive operational excellence by creating a conducive customer journey and ensuring speedy resolutions.
Ensure seamless operations in cash, inventory, floor, and in-store merchandising management.
Assist the HoMC in all aspects of store management and deputise in their absence.
Lead, coach, and mentor the team to foster a great service and high-performance culture.
Manage the in-store customer experience by understanding crowd patterns and executing smart staff scheduling.
Enforce quality and compliance with all standard policies and procedures.
