2026 - Racing Event, Austin, Texas - Executive Driver - Sprinter Van

H2 Event Group is seeking experienced executive drivers to assist with transportation of clients to/from designated locations affiliated with a large professional racing event in Austin, Texas.

Candidate Expectations

Maintain a positive, professional attitude and appearance while transporting VIP clients to designated locations.

Working Dates

Thursday, 10/22: Training & Vehicle Pickup — Half-Day Pay

Friday, 10/23: Full Day

Saturday, 10/24: Full Day

• Sunday, 10/25: Full Day + Vehicle Return Post-Shift
• Total: 3.5 days

Daily Schedule/Hours

14 consecutive hours each day

• Additional information regarding start times each day will be provided closer to the event and/or the evening before

Vehicle Type

• VAN (12-15 passenger van)
• *Vehicle type will be determined and discussed during the interview process

Professional Appearance Expectations and Uniform Information

Professional Appearance Expectations

• *All clothing should be cleaned, ironed and free of rips, stains and tears
• *Jewelry is permitted, however facial piercings during working hours are NOT permitted

Uniform Information

• Men: business - defined as a full suit (white button-down shirt, dress pants, suit jacket, neutral color tie and black dress shoes)
• Women: business - defined as - a black blazer, white button-down shirt, black dress pants and black dress shoes

Additional Position Requirements

• *Background check is required
• *check-in and check-out process to be performed daily

• Vehicles can be taken home each night (for multi-day positions)
• Accommodations and travel will not be provided
