ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on operations role at a direct-to-consumer healthcare company, sitting at the intersection of supply chain, logistics, and process improvement. You'll support day-to-day operations that keep orders flowing smoothly to customers, and your work will have a direct impact on the business's ability to deliver on its promises.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Coordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.
Analyse operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.
Support supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet customer delivery commitments.
Manage ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory levels, and key operational metrics.
Communicate across internal teams and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks as they arise.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

0–2 years of experience, with a background in consulting, strategy, or operations internships that exposed you to real business challenges.
Hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, or logistics functions.
Experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments, with an understanding of customer fulfillment workflows.
Proficiency with ERP systems, logistics management tools, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communicator, able to coordinate confidently across multiple stakeholders including producers, warehouses, and technology partners.
Full fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
