About The Role

Provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as outlined by the guidelines of NYS Physical Therapy Practice Act and Hospital policy.
Provides routine clinical mentorship to P.T.A.'s, Rehabilitation Aides and students.
Embraces the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care.

Work schedule

Ability to work on a flexible schedule, which includes working until 9p.m. select weeknights and designated weekend days scheduled by seniority.
May need to work up to (26) weekend days a year
Workdays will be M-F with the option to work on a 4 or 5-day schedule. Hours vary 5-day 8-4:00p or 4-day 8-545p

Requirements

B.S. Degree in Physical Therapy - Required
New York State license and current registration or a limited permit for a recent graduate - Required
BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Required
