About The Role

DIDO General Assistants | QLD Villages

Civeo is currently recruiting for multiple General Assistant roles at our stunning villages located in the Bowen Basin, Queensland.

With nine villages across the region, we offer a variety of work environments to suit different personalities and experience levels. Whether you thrive in a close-knit team or enjoy the energy of a fast-paced operation, we have the right fit for you.

As a General Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a positive guest experience by supporting a variety of departments, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen Services and more.

These permanent full-time salaried roles include superannuation, annual bonus opportunities (conditions apply), and ongoing career development within a supportive team environment.

Please note: No FIFO positions are available across our QLD villages. All roles are on DIDO basis only.

About the Benefits

  • $70,219.17 + Super
  • 14 days on, 7 days off DIDO roster.
  • Equalised fortnightly pay, no more big pay, small pay.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Previous hospitality and/or remote site experience preferred.
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights, with a minimum of six months' validity remaining on Working Holiday Visas.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks, including a medical assessment and National Police Check.
  • Current and valid Driver's Licence.
  • Strong communication skills, a friendly and customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts as required.

  • Chat with our Recruitment team over the phone
  • Provide relevant documents and complete Civeo paperwork
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment (including drug/alcohol testing)
  • Sign contract and complete training (including face-to-face induction)
  • Join our team and get started on site!
