ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-impact, founder-facing role at an early-stage AI productivity startup, sitting at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and operations. You'll work directly alongside the founding team to help scale the business during a critical growth phase — and it's an excellent springboard for anyone with future founder ambitions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner directly with founders across product, GTM, and operations to drive strategic priorities forward.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align teams and accelerate execution.
Translate high-level strategic goals into concrete, trackable plans with tight deadlines.
Provide technical context and project-level insight to support founder decision-making.
Own high-impact projects end-to-end, ruthlessly prioritising what moves the needle.
Adapt fluidly as priorities shift in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong technical background with solid CS fundamentals — a computer science degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
3–7 years of relevant experience in technical roles, startup operations, or cross-functional program management.
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for close collaboration with founders and diverse teams.
Strong work ethic and high stress tolerance; comfortable operating beyond standard working hours when needed.
Prior exposure to fast-paced startup or early-stage environments is a strong plus.
Bonus: interest in branding, design, or social channels.
