ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a ground-floor GTM opportunity at a seed-stage AI infrastructure company building graph-native context and memory tooling for AI agents. You'll be the first person accountable to a revenue number, sitting directly alongside the CEO to build the sales engine from scratch across enterprise, pilot, and self-serve motions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the full pipeline from outbound sourcing through deal expansion.
Run targeted outbound to Directors of Engineering and Heads of AI at seed-to-Series D AI companies.
Drive enterprise deal cycles end-to-end, from first conversation to signed contract.
Design, test, and iterate on the GTM motion across enterprise and product-led growth tracks in parallel.
Partner closely with the CEO on positioning, ICP refinement, and deal strategy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Early-stage GTM experience, ideally at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
A track record of owning and being held accountable to a revenue number.
Technical fluency sufficient to hold credible conversations with engineering leaders.
Builder mentality — you create structure rather than follow it.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience selling to AI or ML engineering teams is a strong plus.
Familiarity running PLG and enterprise motions simultaneously is a plus.
An existing network in the Bay Area AI/ML ecosystem is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary $120,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus meaningful equity. Additional benefits include flexible PTO, a learning budget, wellness programs, and daily in-office meals. Visa sponsorship is not available.
